On My Desk: BubCakes Rebrand

We had a lot of fun working with BubCakes to reimagine their image with a precious new branding suite. BubCakes create premium nappy cakes – baby gifts that are as practical as they are beautiful – so it was a delight to design a brand equally as sweet.

The brief was to give a modern refresh to the existing brand. So we took to updating the logo with a new font, creating a new tagline ‘The Sweetest Gift’, as well as softening the colour palette whilst maintaining a sense of playfulness. The brand also needed to reflect the feel of their newly added organic range.

A large part of this fun project was to create a brand new website that would reflect the quality of products. We needed to showcase the range and the various options, so it was key to keep the layout simple and easy to navigate, whilst also utilising the new brand elements and colour palette.
